Organizations that are involved in the asylum procedure:
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) handles the asylum procedure. The IND will handle the interviews and investigations regarding your asylum claim.
The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) provides housing and basic care for asylum seekers when they first arrive in the Netherlands. The COA runs reception centers for asylum seekers at various locations around the country. Asylum seekers are entitled to housing and care from the COA during their asylum process.
